Frequently Asked Questions
Are flights regularly scheduled flights or is
there only a flight when others want to travel to and from the same
destinations?
The air carriers we represent provide both
proposed/scheduled service and charter service. Flights become "scheduled"
after the first passenger books a seat on a "proposed" flight.
Are 6 passengers the maximum on a flight?
Yes. The aircraft are configured for six
passengers to fly in business class comfort. For overnight trips or day
trips where luggage is required, 5 passengers can fly in total comfort.
Will the aircraft wait on the ground while I
attend a business meeting before returning or traveling on to another
destination?
Yes, if the flight has been chartered. See our
Charter page for details. If you are traveling to one of our featured route
cities, "planned" departure times will be posted.
Can I take my pet with me?
Yes, if you have chartered the entire plane. All
pets must travel in an approved pet carrier. Call for specific information on
approved pet carriers.
Can I travel anywhere in the US or Canada?
Not at this time. Our carriers currently
serve over 400 plus airports in the Southeast, but are expanding rapidly.
Please let us know what cities you would like our carriers to serve by
submitting feedback through our
online contact form.
How do I make reservations?
To make reservations, visit our website at
www.ArriveAir.com or call toll-free (800)
821-1724.
What about safety?
Our carriers are required to comply with the same
FAA safety requirements as imposed on all airlines for pilots and aircraft.
What about security?
We conform to the standards established by the
FAA. You will be required to provide a photo ID such as a driver's license.
What about baggage?
With a 4 passenger trip, each passenger is
allowed 30 pounds of baggage. This includes all purses, bags or items considered
carry-on. Excess baggage is subject to a fee of $1.00 US per pound and will be
transported on space available basis only. Kennels, Surf Boards, Golf Clubs,
Scuba Diving Gear, Fishing Polls, etc. are subjected to additional charge and
will be transported point to point on space available basis only. Excess baggage
requires advance notification.

What are the benefits of chartering a special trip through Arrive Air?
1) TIME
SAVINGS - Chartering an aircraft not
only reduces flight time by providing
point-to-point service, it decreases
travel time because we are able to
utilize smaller airports closer to the
final destinations.
2) FLEXIBILITY - Fly where you want,
when you want with the ability to change
your itinerary as your business
dictates.
3) CONVENIENCE – Two hours in heavy
traffic followed by another thirty
stressful minutes in line waiting to
check-in with a final dash to the gate
before the flight closes. Not exactly
the best preparation for a critical
business meeting. There is an
alternative. A short drive to the local
airport arriving minutes before
departure met by the pilot and escorted
straight to the aircraft.
4) COST - When you consider the value of
your time spent away from the office
combined with the inconvenience and
discomfort of using a busy airport or
the eight hours of driving time along
with hotel bills and meals, it soon
becomes clear that a private chartered
aircraft is indeed a cost effective and
efficient business tool. |
